Need advice on looking for common diseases and injuries!

Hello! I'm new to this site and I just have a question! Today, my sister found some chickens roaming around in the desert next to our house while she was walking her dog. They seemed confused as if they were just dumped there. With the help of my mom and a neighbor, we chased and caught all 6 chickens. They seem to be in good health but since it was getting dark, I just gave them a dish of water and left them in my large dog crate so they could rest for the night. Before I figure out a way to add them to my flock of 3, I was wondering if someone could tell me what to look for with common diseases or injuries. I don't really have the money to take all 6 to a vet for checkups, but I could take some if they are sick or injured. Thanks in advance!

Here's a pic of 4 of them, the other 2 (a white one and a red one) are hiding behind the rest. I'm also not sure of the breeds, but I can save that for another post

I would suggest you quarantine well away from your flock, in the house if possible, for 30 days and keep an eye on them, then see if anything develops, look at eyes are they clear and open? Any cold like symptoms, also check for parasites or wounds, after the 30 days if you are not worried about anything then introduce them after the 30 days, im fairly new to this bit this is advice I have read over the last few months, someone more experienced will hopefully give you better advice
