Need advice on my situation

my friends want me to hatch them eggs with my incubator so I thought that was such an honor and I was so excited but then they added the part where they wanted my chickens eggs and I don't want that because my chickens are like my children and I don't want to give away my grandchildren so I wanted to order eggs but my wife doesn't want to she just thinks I should hatch my eggs and give them to my friends and I don't want to let my wife down or be mean to her but I also don't want to give away my grandchildren what do I do??? I also don't want to let my friends down because I really do want to hatch eggs for them

If you give the eggs away to your friends, maybe you could go visit your grandchildren every once in a while to see how they're doing! Plus it would be fun to keep your bloodlines going in the birds you really love. I really want mine to hatch their own chicks so I can have grandchildren too lol. But I don't have a rooster.

Tell them your eggs are for eating only and not for hatching.

Once you say that out loud I think you'll agree it sounds ridiculous.
