In the Brooder
Helped a friend out and long story short I bought 4 chickens off a friend for 10 bucks and I'm pretty sure they all 4 are cockerels and around 12 weeks by my guess maybe more im thinking im seeing the start of spurs (little bump on inner part of shank)
I have a hen that has been broody over a clutch of 12 eggs and an Easter egger hen and barnyard mixed rooster probably around 1 to 1 and 1/2 yrs old and i was wanting to know if it would be best to put the cockerels with just the EE hen and keep the rooster with the broody hen? Or the other way around and keep a bachelor flock and the hens to themselves? The EE is laying but isn't broody. The rooster hasn't been aggressive with any of them but that's without the hens involved of course.
Just let me know what you guys think and thanks in advance
