Need advice righ away

Hello, I hope someone can help me. My little easter egg chicken have been sitting on some eggs, two hatched and I found them dead so I brought one inside to hatch it but the hen picked a hole in it was bleeding a little, I still see the chick moving, I an just so worried if the chick will be ok

Sounds like your broody is a first time mother. Do you know if she did it or another hen? If you have an incubator I would put the egg in there. It needs to stay warm for the chick to live.
