Need advice. Shipped eggs piping center egg.

Have 4 shipped eggs on lockdown out of 22. About 20 min ago. One pipped center shell. Crack is getting longer. But headed toward the small end of shell. Any and all advice is more than welcome. Also tomorrow is day 21. I really don’t wanna lose any of these 4 if I can help it. Thanks in advance for any help.

I have not raised the lid on incubator. And can hear the chick chirping inside. I’m hoping the chick has plenty of air. They all are saddle air sacs.
