need advise on worming my chickens

we are starting to get a pretty good little flock going,and i want to keep them healthy.
what is the best way to worm them,and how do i do it?mix with their water,food etc...?

why not do a natural wormer and take the guess out of it!! No need to medicate if thy are not ill but that is my opinion.

buy a big pumpkin cut in sections and toss it in to them to eat, seeds and all!! research natural wormers or pumpkins on the search bar, you will get tons of info.

Also Apple cider vinegar in their water will keep them relatively healthy
