Need custom leg band for wandering Barred Rock

Several neighbors have recently informed me that Midge, our young Barred Rock, has started helping herself to walks around the neighborhood while we're away at work! The good news is that she always comes home (we had no idea she was doing this because she's always in the coop at night), but now I'm nervous that somebody will think she's a stray and keep her. So, I want to put a leg band on her with her name and our phone number, but the only leg bands I've been able to find are pre-printed with ID numbers.
Does anyone know of a company that sells custom leg bands for chickens?

U can go to Petsmart and they will print anything u want on a tag that u could then attach with an electrical/zip tie.
