Need diagnosis advice - Coccidiosis?

One of our 4 chickens is very lethargic, has pale comb, runny poop, not laying eggs, and just tucking her head down and closing her eyes and staying in one spot for long periods of time. She's an Isa Brown. She is moving around here and there and does seem to be drinking and eating, but I think only small amounts. She is a new chicken (we got her less than a week ago) but we believe she is around a year or so old. She is not the only new one; we got 2 that day and the other chicken seems fine. However, this has been going on ever since we got her. We started giving Corid in the water about 2 or 3 days ago, but not sure if it is helping. We were afraid she might have Coccidiosis, but now we are not sure. Any advice? Thank you!
