Need Exp. Advice on Cabinet Incubator

I need advice on a cabinet incubator I have but I would like to keep it off the forum. Would some one be kind enough to have a private conversation with me about very low hatch rates in a brand new cabinet incubator I may be returning this week? I want to be sure that I understand what has happened. Please only private conversation.

First hatch 32 out of 84 eggs.
second hatch 11 out of 36 eggs.
