Can you give some help as to how I can hatch
eggs in electric fry pan? I would like to try.
what temp. etc..Have a glass cover fry pan.
or would it be better in a crock pot?also leave the cover on all the way?or half off?

Thanks Miss P!

The link to the thread I had is in my sig. All the directions are there.

Basically, it's still air so 101 and line the bottom of the pan with a towel or one of those non-slip shelf liners to protect from the heat as your heat source is right on the bottom. I did prop the lid slightly to allow air circulation so the growing chicks had plenty of oxygen.

Someone here (I can't remember who) just successfully hatched chicks in an electric skillet. I wasn't able to due to thermometer problem and then a bump of the dial that created a spike temp-tape the dial. Then I was given a bator for Mother's Day but, I did use it to hatch staggered hatches and it worked great.

Good luck and if after reading the thread post your questions here and I will try to keep track. As Miss P said I'm busy on BYCows-Mod there.
