Need Gender I.D

So I was thinking that this chicken is a pullet but she has long saddle feathers. And the hackle feathers are coming in longer as well. Any ideas if im right about her being a pullet

I agree the comb looks pullet, but the coloring is saying cockerel to me. Can we get a better pic of the saddle feathers in question?
