I had been wanting chickens for a long time and ended up getting some this past spring- summer. The problem is I got them and have them at a home that is no longer mine do to a divorce and was stupid enough to believe we were going to work things out. My mental health is dwindling by the day and I keep hoping I will find a place I can have my chickens. I can’t keep hoping. I am in central Illinois, outside Washington. I have three silver Wyandotte hens, they are not laying yet, one copper Wyandotte hen, not laying yet, ughh four German bielenfielders not laying yet, one buff orphington rooster, 4 copper roosters who I was gonna be looking for homes anyhow for. They are all crowing. This is killing me… my two buff girls. One is laying the other is not they are same age. I absolutely adore Hope; the one not laying yet and she loves to be held and kissed on.. I have 4 red lace pullets… Lanore she loves to be held and will fly and land on you and gives kissed and her 3 sisters: Edgar Allen and Poe.. then there are 16 silkies, blue splash and I believe white. They are all think 6 weeks I will have to double check.
