Please don’t crap on me for my incubator and tell me to by something else I can’t do that at the moment and it’s not helpful. - it’s worked fine in the past when I’ve put 6-12 eggs in spaced. I have 27 eggs in. The little cradles are not balanced and flipping entirely over and my eggs are dumping out. I’m freaking. I have very expensive eggs and I’m worried that they are now messed up! It keeps happening- what am I doing wrong. Please someone help!

My husband says stop until it’s figured out. But the welsummers need to be in now as they were shipped.

I have the 56EX versions and have a heck of a time putting all of the racks in so they are even. Hubby showed me the lower pegs and I wasn't paying attention to those. Once I figured that out, it became easier for me to get them all to line up, but yours look all even to me. Are they not? I'm looking at the spaces in between the racks and they all look even. Maybe get that thermometer out of there? Once you know the temp is correct, it'll stay correct.

The turner only goes a certain percentage and their all on the track to do the same, so it's not making sense how one rack can flip like that unless it's not in there correctly. Mine have been in there incorrect and they just don't turn at all.

Nobody should be telling you to buy something else. Brinseas are good incubators, it's us operators that are most of the problems.

Hubs and I re looked at everything and I’m missing the turning link. I’ve hatched out of it before. But only 6 @ a time, and they were laying - this is my first large hatch.

I bought it in new in November (Sam one is 600.00 now - go figure) - no clue what happened to the turning link, and I’ve never used it. Previously, My last hatch had an issue with the wick & humidity. I just removed the wick & it was ok. So weird. I need a new link and it’s only 8.00 and a mere 12.00 shipping. I’ll just turn until I get it.

Thank you! 😊
