NEED HELP ASAP!

4 chhicks have hatched so far out of 7 3 are pretty dry, and are RUNNING and jumping, i saved one from hanging itself on a low wire, is it okay to move to brooder?! I can keep humidty up. it is not hard. Please help!

Yep, go for it. I snatch mine out of the incubator when they start getting rambunctious. Congrats on the new fluffy butts
