NEED HELP!!! Baby chick butt possibly closed help!

This baby chick we’ve been having troubles with and we can’t tell if it’s butt is closed or not. Please help! If it is any suggestions on how to get it open?

It was having troubles hatching, where we had to help her out, and she has a crooked foot and dry stuff on her back that we don’t know how to get it off. Do you have any ideas on how to help with getting her fluffy when that stuff is rock hard? Thank you.

Patience, a gentle hand and a warm wet washcloth. You could give her a little bath too, just wash only what is necessary no soap just warm water and dry her gently with a soft towel.
And most important keep her warm
