Need help diagnosing sick hen

I have a Production Red hen about 3 years old. Yesterday I noticed her comb was purple, but I didn't see any other problems and she seemed to act alright. Today I found her lying on her side near her nest. She was shivering some, and seemed unconscious, but when I went to pick her up she did open her eyes and weakly flap her wings a couple of times. I see no sign of injury. Her eyes are clear, no panting. I have three other hens and they seem okay. I have isolated the sick hen, but I don't know what is wrong with her or how to treat her. Any suggestions?

Sounds like an infection or disease. Maybe put antibiotics in her drinking water as it could be respiratory/intestinal. Many posts go unanswered. Try posting again and perhaps someone will have a better idea.
