So I noticed my aunt's chicken was off by herself always hiding underneath something and balled up and whenever I pick her up she starts mouth breathing. I noticed her comb has fallen over and she has one nostril that's crusty and almost plugged up. But when I apply pressure above her nostrils watery fluid comes out both sides. She's lethargic and although I see her eating she's not drinking much water. Today I noticed that she has these swollen bubbles above her eyes. Her tail is tucked in and she has her eyes closed a lot. Every now and then she'll stand up real fast, spreads her wings, and shake her feathers out. She occasionally sneezes or coughs I can't tell which and just appears to be miserable. So I had my aunt let me take her home with me I bought her some VetRX but if what she has is mg then it's not going to help is it?

Bubbles in her eyes can be a sign of MG. Testing would confirm it. Tylan 50 given orally or Tylosin in the water may help treat it, but MG is a chronic disease. If she won’t drink enough medicated water, an oral antibiotic may be better. Eyes can be cleaned with saline eye wash. Keep her nostrils cleaned and free of mucus. Here is a good article to read:
