Hi All,
I am having a hard time finding property in my area without an HOA. I would appreciate any assistance.
I am looking for over 1 acre lot, zoned agriculture, 3/2 plus, over 1900 square feet, under $275,000 asking, NO HOA.
In the areas East Orange north of 50/Colonial, Wedgefield (not part of the HOA deeded areas), Oviedo, or Chuluota.
Also, I have seen someone on here that lives in Wedgefield and claims not in HOA area, what streets are these so that I can look them up for properties.
Any help is greatly appreciated.
