Need help. First time doing this. Don't want to hurt them.

I have 4 eggs incubating. 2 of them are 28 days today and the other 2 are in a few days. One of my 28 day eggs is piping and tapping the shell. Its air sac has expanded where the other hasn't yet. How long could it take until it hatches? I think it piped yesterday afternoon, but saw it tapping a little while ago. I have incubated them in a horse wormer bucket with a clamp lamp for heat. I also had a cup of water and moistened them daily. Anything else I can be doing. I just read about the shell being to hard for them to hatch and now I'm worried. Please help!!

Pekin. We got 2 females and a male. Just wanted them for the eggs to eat, but decided to incubate them so my son could watch. I hope all is gonna be ok since it was a makeshift incubator. I bought one at Tractor supply, but debated on using it since I started out the other way. Hope all goes well!!
