need help getting set up to hatch eggs

I never hatched out eggs with a incubator. Can some point out what I need to hatch chicken eggs?

Again I never did this so I apologies for the dumb questions ahead of time.

I built my incubator out of osb boards. It's an 18x18 inch and I'm using a normal lightbulb. The temperature should be around 98-101 degrees Fahrenheit. The humidity should be around 60 I believe.

I have a home made incubator with 2 heat blubs and a thermostate and a tray for humidty

I bought the Hov-A-Bator with egg turner, a forced air one. Got it on Amazon for $132 which I thot was great.
This is my first attempt also. I figured after all my research I went for the most recommended.
Got one hatched yest, waiting on 24 more. Good luck. Will you hatch you own or buy in?
