Need help. Hen or Rooster? and breed??

I purchased 6 assorted bantams from Tractor Supply. This chick happened to be my favorite and because he/she looked like a penquin as a 2 day old, that became it's name. I really hope it is a hen. She/he is about 5-6 weeks old in these pics. Also, I can't find a breed even close to what she looks like. Any ideas???

Light Brahma! She's gonna be HUGE and lay HUGE brown eggs. The comb is a bit pink, but the tiny wattle are pale for a 7 week old rooster. I vote pullet! Brahmas are known to be super gentle and easy to handle and make excellent broody mamas.

Don't get her too used to sitting on your arm, shoulder, or hand. She's gonna top out at 12 lbs or more, males around 14 lbs.

When you bought these at TSC, did the chick look a lot smaller then TSC's other chicks? Was this one the same size as the others that you bought?
