I found out today that one of my neighbors who has land next to me but lives in the city has been throwing roosters into my flock. They're actually sweet boys but I have no clue on what kind of roosters they are or how old they are for that matter. I caught her doing this thinking she was returning one of my hens. That's when she announced that she had thrown another rooster just a month prior. When I seen the rooster a month ago I thought I just miss counted or something. I do have a larger flock of about 120. I used to only have 11 roosters and now I have 13. I knew my flock was growing but never expected this. What really gets me is he didn't even go through quarantine but I did catch this one that she threw over today and so he's in quarantine with the new hens that I picked up. Can anybody tell me what kind of roosters I have here? Well they're actually cockerels. Anyway any help would be greatly appreciated.
