Need help identifying breed

No idea. Someone found it wandering on the sidewalk.

Oh man. I'm not familiar with all the breeds, but maybe a cochin of some sort? I am definitely no expert. Hopefully someone more experienced will come along.

I think it's some kind of cross.

I was leaning in that direction too. Maybe Cochin and something else? Its beak is shaped oddly. I thought that might have been an identifier.
