They are all differentAre the chicks and the grown up ones the same birds, or are they different?
Oh wow! Thanks for sharing! Hope I get some ideas of what they are soonI would love to know, too. I have two that are shaping up to look like your the two older ones. Check out Sweety's pics here from hatch to 3 weeks https://www.backyardchickens.com/threads/chick-id-pretty-please.1654569/#post-28448594 she even has the willow colored legs.
I didn't even realize she had willow legs until I was looking back at pictures of her next to another chick, which clearly has orange legs. Now I'm scouring pictures/videos of my other chicks to see if I missed any tell-tell signs for breed or gender.Oh wow! Thanks for sharing! Hope I get some ideas of what they are soon![]()

Neither did I until asked if her legs were considered green, lol.I had no idea what willow legs were until you brought it up![]()
It does but it's a bit weird because it has a single feather on its leg...it had a single one on the other leg too but I think it pecked it off.Neither did I until asked if her legs were considered green, lol.
Does the second chick have feathering on the legs, I'm not seeing it in the pictures.
That chick reminds me of these (I have two that are identical) which I think are Black Sex-Links based on pictures of day old chicks from various hatcheries, but I really have no clue. I'm just starting to see some brown on the wing tips (3rd picture) so hoping this will narrow down breed when I post a set of their pictures.
