Over time would the females feathery head develop?

They look somewhat like Bielefelders but they have white earlobes and the coloring of the hen is way off. I suspect they're mixes.

Jaerhons maybe. Also known as Norwegian chickens.

The hen does look something like a Jaerhon but the rooster looks a bit off. Still, with the white ear lobes I'd say Jaerhon fits better than anything else except perhaps a mix.

The male could be pure Legbar but the comb should be much bigger by this age. They hen could be a Legbar cross but certainly not pure.
