Need Help Identifying

My dog found part of a tail and I found the rest this morning. All that was left was the carcass PiCKED CLEAN and still intact with the legs still attached but no head and the wings in a seperate area. Did see a owl at dust about two weeks ago. What do people thing. I have one hen that no matter what I do she gets out and is a farm favorite. I am worried for her now. This is the first bird that I lost. She had been shown and did really well.

Update.....a re exam shows that she does still have her head!
