my baby chicks are two days away from arriving home from the hatchery, my dad went out and bought feed and it is medicated and my chicks already got the vaccs is it OK to feed them medicated feed

If they were vaccinated for cocc, do not give them medicated feed it will totally null the vaccination. However, if that is not what they were vaccinated for you are fine to give them medicated feed.

i got them vaccs for marek, are they still fine

Yes, the medicated feed is to prevent coccidiosis. It has amprolium in it and it is good for them to get it. Marek's is something else entirely. I would go ahead and feed what your dad bought. It's the right thing.
