I believe leghorns are considered a light breed. They only weigh about 4 pounds, are phenomenal egg layers are can fly out of any fenced enclosure

Also, they start laying at just around 16 weeks old!

That's what I thought... my leghorns are the same. So H can't be a leghorn. Not on McMurray's list of heavy breeds.
