I recently visited Lake Tibias Zoo; it is near harrisburg PA. While there my family saw a whole flock of free range chickens. They had a large variety of breeds and there was one that stood out to my wife and I. They were smaller in size im guessing cornish; they were a very nice yellow/peach color and had feathers down their legs and over there feet. They seemed pretty friendly and also seemed to out number the other varieties of birds there. When I asked one of the young girls working near by she didnt know anything about the breed and also didnt know where to point me to find out. I would love some help as I have searched online and a few books and still can not I.D this breed.
Glad to have you join us! I'm not quite sure what breed that is. You can try posting in the "What breed/gender is this" thread. I'm sure maybe another BYC member will be able to help you out.
