Im new to incubators so i dont know much but i want hatch maybe like2 dozens or maybe even more and for price it dosent matter i will pay for something expensive but it has to be worth it

If the brinsea 40adv is as good as the 20 adv. I would look at those.

Those are pretty much set it and forget it bators.
