Need help please! Never Happened Before

My favorite hen Nelly passed a soft shell 2 days ago that was wrinkled and empty. (No egg inside) Today I found her in the nest box trying to lay, only she had bloody mucous coming out of her vent. Also there were two things that she passed that I don't know what they are. Her tail isn't down and she seemed ok the remainder of the evening, but I'm worried it could be serious! No vets in my area who see chickens.

How old is she?
What kind of food do you use?
Do you give any extra calcium such oyster shell to your flock?
Have you checked for any lice/mites and does she have any other symptoms - sneezing, wheezing, watery eyes, nose, etc.?
The white-ish thing in the photo, does it seem like it is a shell that has "rolled up" or is it "meaty" or "rubbery" more like the beginning of a lash egg. The red what is it like - a deflated shell, intestinal lining?

She will be 4 this spring. I feed Purina Layer feed (feeder is in coop, always available) and free range daily. Oyster shells also in a separate container. Never seen any lice/mites on them, and she has no other symptoms.

The red thing looked like a piece of liver, or meat, and was solid. The white thing was sort of jiggly and when I opened it, it looked gooey. I feel like this is related to the soft shell she passed a couple of days ago. She was laying fine before that. Any help or ideas appreciated!

I don't think it's salpingitis. I sure hope not! She seems to feel fine today. I isolated her overnight, but let her back with the flock for the day and she acted normal. I wonder if she's through laying. She is one of my original girls, as I've only had chickens for about four years. Lots to learn!

The red could have been intestinal shedding and the white almost reminds me of a soft shell rolled up possibly.
Sounds like she is getting enough calcium, could just be she's getting a bit older and had a glitch.
Hopefully she will not have more repeats.
