I have 2 Dark Cornish chickens and 1 Araucana that I'm not sure what sex they are and thought I'd see if you guys could help:) The Araucana (I've been told my Araucanas could be Easter eggers, I just refer to them as Araucana as that's what they were sold as and Easter eggers are pretty much unheard of in my country.) will 19 weeks old later this week and the two Cornish are about 20-21 weeks old.

The Araucana:

Our confirmed Araucana cockerel (same age) for comparision:

The two Dark Cornish chickens:

Thanks in advance!:)

They all look like roosters to me too.
Seems like I've gotten some bad luck with these ones...Got three Araucana eggs, which 2/3 were cockerels and bought 4 Dark Cornish chicks, with 1 dying young and the rest being roosters...I'm glad I atleast got one pullet of one of these breeds, so it could've been worse.

Anyway, thank you for your answer!

all cockerels - sorry :hit . The dark Cornish look like they can provide you will a few meals. Look at the thick legs on them.

Seems like the results are very clear, so I can't really even try to deny it anymore:hit

Unfortunately noone in my family knows how to properly butcher a chicken for food (We've buried the earlier ones after they were put down) and I'm not sure if anyone in my family could handle it (I am planning to learn in the future, but that will be for when I've moved to my own farm).

Maybe I should see if there's anyone nearby who could take care of it?

So sad that so many turned out to be roosters, my mom and dad even said that they don't think we should hatch and raise baby chicks anymore, as it feels awful having to kill all the roosters:( So we're probably gonna try to stick with older pullets/hens when buying chickens in the future.

But thank you all for the answers, it makes me happy to see how helpful people here are:)
