Need help sexing my 8 week old Lavender Orpingtons

I have three 8 week old Lavender Orpingtons and I’m driving myself crazy trying to figure out the sex. One is clearly a roo but not sure of the other two. The one with the all black beak grew his/her tail feathers way before the other 2 and usually scuffles with the roo. All three have very similar tail feathers which is throwing me off. The one with the white and black beak is very docile and skittish.
