Need help to find out what's wrong with my chick.

The last chick to hatch (needed assistance due to being sticky and couldn't finish zipping) is small and it can't stand up. It leans to one side. One leg tends to stick out and I am not sure if it's just the tendons in the other leg that are not stretched enough or something. Otherwise he seems pretty healthy. Anyone have any ideas?
