Need Help With 4 Day Old Chick

I have a 4 day old Cornish, I think, chick that has just started putting it's head back, eyes closed, as if swallowing and opening and closing it's beak. This group of chicks was immunized for Mareck's and are currently getting medicated feed. None of the other chicks are showing these symptoms or any at all. Just acting like normal babies as this one was too, until today.

Is this possibly a side effect of the immunization? Or is it something caught in it's throat or crop? When I picked it up to rub it's throat and crop it didn't like me picking it up, normal, and is eating. Showing no other symptoms other than the ones mentioned above.

Day 5 and the chick is still alive and seeming to thrive ins spite of the weird behavior. Eating , drinking but still raising head as if swallowing but not as bad as before. Talked to McMurray today, where birds came from, and was told it could be a number of things, give it 'till Friday before culling or seperation from other babies. Has anyone else every had this problem?????
