I have Pekin ducklings and one keeps shivering and keeps opening their beak. I have held the baby and checked to see if he was dry under the wings. The duckling is eating and drinking and is vocal. They are warm. I hope it’s nothing serious. I’m worried.

I see in another post of yours you are using a heat lamp.
It appears you have the entire brooder under a heat lamp.

Are you SURE you aren't over heating them?
What is the temperature on the floor of your brooder?

What exactly are you feeding them?

They look like they can't get far enough away from the heat lamp which may be part of the problem.

The temperature is 90.6 degrees and the food we got that was recommended at Tractor Supply is Flock Raiser Crumbles. I’m going to attach photos.
