I dnt knw how to upload or past piks to the messeges i wanna post how do u do that ??

Haha, but you do know how to triple post!

For pictures, start a reply. Do you see the little image in the left (your left) corner, below the big red "Reply", but just above the text box? It should have a house with a reddish roof. It is the farthest left (your left) icon from the smiley face image. Click on that, it will let you insert images. You can then either browse for files on your personal computer, or you can click "image URL" and post the direct image link. Posting an entire website link (ie. backyardchickens.com) will not work, it must be the URL for the image you wish to use. You can upload personal images to a site such as photobucket.com, then use the "direct image link" they provide for you if it is easier.
