Need help with dose for Antibiotics

Does anyone know how to convert Dura -Pen to a dose for a 5 month old pullet?
Vial says dose is 2 ML for 150 pound cow

I've never heard of Dura Pen. What is the problem with the chicken? Maybe we can use something else. Its Friday and the weekend might be a difficult time to get medication.
