need help with egg shell quality

what else helps hens. produce good egg shells i give the calcium, cruched oyster but the shells are still thin and not looking right for hatching , i need help they also free range about five hours every other day they have to take turns as to keep pure eggs i have even been giving calcium drops in water but im about out and if its not helping i see no reason to buy more.

i feed layena layer crumbles they are some are one year, and some are three years old
