Need help with improvised chicken feed

I guess I have to call my new feed concoction MRC -- Meals Rejected by Chickens.

The feed store did not have any chicken feed, so I improvised with gamebird feed, scratch, and BOSS. They were fooled into thinking it was a treat for less than a minute. Now they are mad at me and have gone on a hunger strike.

Can I get them to like this feed the way they adapted to the cabbage ?

Should I make some change to the mixture?

You have very fussy chickens, you may have to wait them out. they should get hungry and eat sooner or later. they have a great self preservation mode.

Do a search on sprouting. You should be able to get them to eat it that way. Good luck.
