Need help with Muscovy Ducks

Mine usually sits about 20, but some are never viable. Her largest number of surviving ducklings has been 9. It's usually more like 3 or 4. Her success rate isn't that great, but I think it's because some are usually mallard crosses.
Very well could be.

So at 6 eggs i started finding my little Petunia would overnight on the eggs in the chicken coop, none of my chickens will sit in that bay except to lay eggs. So during the day my little petunia doesn't sit on the eggs at all. So my chickens crawl in and lay eggs amongst the ducks down lined nest. My Family and i collect the chicken eggs out of the nest and currently the duck nest has 9 eggs.

I'm excited and i really hope my mommy muscovy hatches and raises a whole passel of ducklings!
