Need help with my Hova-Bator

I can't get the temp right and it's been 2 years since I have done eggs. It goes up to 121 then I move it a very small turn and it goes to 87. I have been trying to get it right for 2 days now. Any idea's on what could be wrong with it? Thanks for your help.

Which model Hovabator is it? What kind of controls does it have, dip switches or a dial?

It have the thing on the top that looks like a allen wrench. The model is 2362A so my son said.
