Need help with my new Kitchenaid

So I got my new Kitchenaid Pro 600 which I love. I want to get the vegetable shredder, so I can shred and freeze zuchini, and also so I can shred cabbage, carrots, and onions for my egg rolls.I cant figure out which one I need, because I cant figure out the Model number on my machine. All I can tell is that its a Pro 600. I went to Kitchenaid and they had live chat, so I asked them...they were all in a meeting, hahahahahah!!!

Customer service, huh....

i think the model number should be on the bottom of the base. You will have to turn the thing on it's side to see it.

Thanks. I think I figured it out. I was looking on Amazon for a shredder, and the reviews are mixed. I think Ill wait on that attachment.

Oohh - you need to get the attachment that allows you to process tomatoes. My sister uses hers every day this time of year. It strains out the seeds and peels and makes up sauce in no time. I was thinking of getting one just for that reason

That sounds like a fun toy...Ill have to see how my tomatoes do this fall, Im planting a lot of romas. I really really want that shredder...Im waiting for someone to talk me into it.

Yep I used it last week and it does a great job seeding, straining the tomatoes. I loved it and would not go without!
