Need help with Nurture Right 360!!!

I set up my incubator tonight to get it ready to set eggs tomorrow morning. Well, it was running since around 8:30 pm and just now shut completely off at 11:25 pm. What happened? It’s completely off and not responding to any buttons, not even the candler. Everything is plugged in tight too I’ve had this machine for a couple years now and it’s worked perfectly. I let a friend borrow it recently but it worked fine before I gave it to her and it appears to be in great condition. What is happening, I’ve never had this happen before and I’ve not found any solutions from google searches yet.

This is what I was going to ask. Did you try it in other outlets in a different room? You could have tripped a breaker.
Alright, I think I found the issue hopefully. I have the incubator set up on my desk and the cord was mostly on the ground, pulled taught against the incubator power plug. With it being as old as it is and used quite often, I think the plug on the incubator itself might’ve gotten worn down and easier to be pulled loose. Since it was so taught, I’m thinking that the weight of the cord and vibration from the incubator caused the cord to pull out enough that it shut itself down. I touched the plug point and I barely even touched it and it started up instantly. So I put more of the cord on the desk so it wasn’t pulling on the cord anymore. We’ll see if it works
