Need Help with Peachicks

I am new to BYC and peacocks. I have 2 one month old pea chicks in a large pet carrier in the shed, Their bodies are feathered out, not their heads, do they still need the heat lamp.

Change your bulb to a lower wattage, and only turn it on at night, to wean them off the heat slowly. Watch them to see if they are too cold.

At 4 weeks I would have heat for them day and night.
This also depends on your location. We got down to 40 degrees last night and we have heat lamps for our 2 month old chicks. They piled underneath it.
Warmth is very important for young peachicks.
