Need help with weak poult

Hi there,
New to Turkeys but have hatched and raised many chickens. I recieved 15 turkey chicks on Wednesday after they spent one night through the postal service. Two chicks were very weak most likley from dehydration and stress and lost one of them the first night. spent the first nigt and the next day working to teach them how to drink and eat. Thursday went fine and I was confident that everyone was on track.

I came home on Friday afternoon and two more poults were dead in the brooder with two more showing weakness. The temps are staying in the high nineties, there is honey in the water and I started giving the weaker poults some polyvisol drops. The weaker poults will not eat but will take water from either an eye dropper or when I place their beaks in the water.

Does anyone have any suggestions for what I can feed the weaker poults to help them get stonger?

Last year I killed a few turkeys with vitamin/electrolyte. They were healthy until I killed them with kindness. This year I use just plane warm water for my chicks and sugar water for shipped chicks. I don't have any problem with shipped chicks as long as I order big enough to keep everyone warm. They mostly need rest. I found a incubator works best for the weak ones. I have bought several thousand chicks and poults from all over with very very few losses. I do think the key is larger orders for me.

This is from McMurray Hatchery.
For the first 2 days add 3 tablespoons of table sugar to each quart of water for extra energy.

IF THE BIRDS HAD A HARD TRIP: Instead of using the standard feed and water suggestions listed, try this: Put 6 more tablespoons of sugar in each gallon of water. Then mix some of this extra sweet water with some of your feed to make a soupy mix. Give your birds this special feed and water mix for 3 to 4 days to get them over the effects of shipping.

I alyaws use 1/2 tsp brown sugar and 1 tsp of apple cider vinigar per quart of water for the first week and loose very few. If you have any baby chicks, then put one in with them and it will teach them to eat and drink. I use chicks or keets everytime to train them. Poults don't eat and drink without being taught. If you don't have a chick then find one at a feed store or check craigslist or something for chicks near you. It is a cheep dollar investment.
