Need help

[Cayuga ducks]

i have 7 duckling who can’t walk, hold their heads up, and can’t open their eyes. They were in the egg piped for about 55 hr so we decided to help. They just scrawl around. What do I do? I’ve been giving them water with vitamins and sugar and a little food but they don’t want it. Any ideas?

I have mine the brand Rooster Booster, yes it’s just a brand name. I got it from tractor supply. It helped mine live. You might have to hand feed them, and give them water through a syringe.
