I'm new.to this.my eggs are hatching this moring.and I happened got my red bulb yet.so I need to know. What the temperature need to be when I move them after they dry.can anyone help me.thanks so much.

It should be at first in the 95-100 range. However, you need to keep the heat to one side so the chicks have a chance to move if it gets too hot. One way to tell is if they are all squished together and peeping, they are too cold. If they are all spread out and quiet, they are too hot. You should have a balance of peeping vs distance from each other. They should be moving around too.

After a couple days, you can start to decrease the temperature by 5 degrees until if gets to be around the outside temp.
