Me and my girlfriend got baby chicks and one duck two weeks ago. They all get along well and Willow is the biggest and also the leader of the flock. She has most of her feathers on her back but lately has been doing this weird thing where she will stick her head completely under her stomach, look like she's itching and back up against the walls of their inside pen. We seperated her from the rest because they were starting to pick on her. At first, we thought it was that she was getting her feathers on her stomach since a lot of them are coming in. We have treated her for mites and been giving her yogurt incase it's an impacted crop but she's been pooping and drinking and wanting to eat her chick starter food. I am so confused as to what this is. Any help?

I am sorry I don't understand. Is willow the duck?

No, she's the biggest chick we have. They're about three weeks old.

It sounds like wry neck. Google crook neck chicken, and look for brown egg blue egg, and our egg blogspot-- both have good info, plus many good threads here on BYC. Give vitamin B1 and E plus 25 mcg of selenium daily in case of vitamin deficiency, but it can also be a sign of head or neck injury,or Mareks and Newcastles disease in older birds.

She seems to be getting worse... I don't want her to suffer and it's making me so sad to watch this chick do this... I don't know what to do.

Going to get some vitamins now, at midnight cause she looks worse... She's been eating and drinking some but not a lot.

Well, she died last night. I definitely think she had the wry neck but we figured it out a little too late. I'm glad she is out of her misery though... It killed me to watch that poor thing and I wish I could have helped her sooner. Thank you for the advice and answer.
