Deer netting can be bought in a 100' roll x 7' high. Easily cut with scissors to yield 200' x 3.5'. Nearly invisible when installed. I use thin fiberglass posts, weave them through the netting, and secure at bottom with landscape staples or clothes pins. I have secured at top with clothes pins, but have found that it's super easy to weave the top of the post through a square to the right and a square to the left of the center square where the post goes through. The birds bounce off it a few times, but since they really can't see the top of it, they never try to fly over it.
